Classes
Pilates Matwork classes are a great way of exercising in a group environment in a non-competitive way. Classes last an hour and will progressively advance as the term does. Matwork is the term given to non-equipment based Pilates. You can expect to move on to an Intermediate/Improvers class after completing a Beginners course once you have mastered the fundamentals and get hooked!! The more classes you attend the more benefit to you and your body.
Forget the Weather, Matwork Class prices have been frozen for January 2012!!
Cost:
All classes for Term 1 cost £90.00 for the 12 week term.
